Cancellation Policy

I understand scheduling changes. Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.

Late Appointments

If you think you might be late to your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. In order to respect the time of other clients I reserve the right to reschedule any appointment that is more than 15 minutes late.
